About The Small Business Funding Centre
The Small Business Funding Centre is the largest research centre of its kind in Canada. Established in 1992 by concerned citizens who know it is a tax-paying business's right to have access to government funding. Our website was launched in the fall of 1996. It is updated weekly to ensure its a useful tool that meets your needs.
The SBFC is an independent research organization not affiliated with any government agency. The SBFC employs researchers who have closely tracked hundreds of government programs available to Canadian entrepreneurs in all ten provinces. Our researchers constantly update the information on the grants and loans database. To date we have shown tens of thousands of qualified Canadians how to easily get grants and loans for their businesses. While we do not provide funding for government grants or loans we do provide detailed information on how to access the various government programs that are currently available.
Our Director, James Byrne, has over 15 years experience in providing the necessary information needed by small businesses to prepare and successfully apply for government grants and loans. Our centre can save you weeks or even months of searching. Finding the right source of funding is often the biggest challenge for someone who wants to start or expand their business. Billions of dollars are given out yearly by federal and provincial government agencies, but most Canadians don't even know these agencies and foundations exist, or how to contact them.
We have qualified agents ready to take your phone call and start you on your way to become a successful recipient of government grants and loans.
